In further recognition of the value of our human capital, we have the necessary processes and mechanisms in place to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the right skills and knowledge required to achieve our strategic objectives. In addition to this, we believe that each employee should be provided with the opportunity to develop to their full potential, so that they are both motivated and productive in their work tasks. We, therefore, provide ongoing training and development for our employees. To that end, despite the adverse impacts of Covid-19, several formal training programmes are conducted for levels.
